We built nearwalk to allow large companies to make internal career options transparent and to align learning & development initiatives accordingly. Employees get the perfect tool to plan their careers and secure progress through development actions on their own.


A company's strength is determined, amongst other things, by how well it runs its business processes. We assumed that there must be a better way to manage processes that occur often and include multiple people – the kind of processes that are being managed through an Excel spreadsheet or Word document today.
